Production

FTI Ferrotech was established in Konya Organized Industrial Zone on a 19.000 m2 land and 5.800 m2 closed area. Our company is casting PİK-SFERO and STEEL.

We serve all our customers with our melting induction furnace that can cast from 500 kilograms to 4 tons.

All necessary analyzes of the material to be cast are carried out by our professional staff in a laboratory environment, using spectrometers and hardness measuring devices. Our company, which aims at innovation, continuous development and continuous development, appeals to the whole geography by applying all production procedures and processes by obtaining the ISO 9001: 2008 quality certificate.

“Quality & continuity understanding is provided” at all stages of production. Complete laboratory equipment for physical, chemical, metallographic, hardness and measurement controls, Quick – Lab and Sonic test device, crack and gap test, sand test equipment and spectro analysis and Tensile test – Molding Sand Analysis test – Endoscope control are carried out in-house.

From the production of our factory, our products are shipped with pallets, packages, painted according to customer demand, with European standards of transportation methods.
